I didn't get my sign-in code

Check your spam or promotions folder, and make sure the email address is spelled correctly. You can request a new code after a minute. Codes expire after 10 minutes.

I forgot my PIN

Sign in again with your email code, Google or Apple, and you’ll be able to set a new PIN. After five wrong attempts, your PIN is locked for 15 minutes.

I left a game halfway through

Open the game again from its page to pick up where you left off. In timed games the clock keeps running, and when it runs out we submit whatever you answered in time.

I think a question is wrong

Email us with the game name and the question. If it’s wrong, we’ll fix it and update scores where needed.

Reporting a player

If you think someone is cheating or has an offensive username, email us their username and what you saw.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Profile, then Account Information, then Delete account. Your account is deleted after 30 days, and you can sign back in before then to cancel. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
